Group Leadership
Coaching:
Format: two or more members of a corporate
cohort or leadership collaborative meet together with Theresa at least
once/month, on conference call or in person.
Availability: phone and/or email access and contact
between monthly meetings is available for each member within the group.
Selective Support:individuals within the group are welcomed to schedule 1.5
hour personal coaching conversations with Theresa, separate from group
calls.
Compounded Value: coaching collaboratives within business
settings have shown to build energy and ease, commitment and creativity,
purpose and productivity, resilience and resourcefulness.
Energy Exchange: monthly compensation to Theresa for group
coaching with availability between sessions is $375 per group member, for
each 1.5 to 2 hour group coaching meeting. Groups with no more than
nine participants are optimal. Individual participants desiring
individual coaching, related to or unrelated to the group's work, are most
welcomed. The cost is $375 for each 1.5 phone meeting, and will be
separately invoiced to that individual.
